In December 2022, the International REC Standard Foundation approved Energy Peace Partners as the I-REC country issuer for Ethiopia and Haiti. EPP is now authorized to issue standard I-REC(E) certificates as well as Peace Renewable Energy Credits (P-RECs) from qualifying projects in both countries.
